{"id":259,"date":"2017-04-10T01:36:13","date_gmt":"2017-04-09T22:36:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mshelpme.com\/?page_id=259"},"modified":"2017-04-10T01:36:13","modified_gmt":"2017-04-09T22:36:13","slug":"faq-ini","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mshelpme.com\/index.php\/faq-ini\/","title":{"rendered":"FAQ.ini"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><br \/>\nMy name is Martin, I&#8217;m a video-game developer.<br \/>\nMy friend and business partner Tzahi, is also a part of this blog and the effort to get the attention of Microsoft Support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Why was your account &#8216;temporarily suspended&#8217;?<br \/>\n<\/strong>I have no clue why the account was temporary suspended.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve been trying to reach Microsoft Support to remove this suspension and I&#8217;m very curious as to why it happened.<br \/>\nI haven&#8217;t done anything that violates their terms of service to my best of knowledge nor I&#8217;ve been actually accused of doing so.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Do you hate Microsoft?<br \/>\n<\/strong>No. we\u00a0are both users of Microsoft products. We had a working relation with Microsoft Israel and we are working with several startups that are collaborating with Microsoft.\u00a0We have nothing bad to say about Microsoft products, but we have plenty to say about their support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Don&#8217;t you have connections at Microsoft that can help\u00a0with your problem?<\/strong><br \/>\nWe don&#8217;t to bother friends that have nothing to do with Microsoft support.\u00a0While they might be able to help in some aspects, we are trying to avoid going this route, if possible.<br \/>\nThis is actually the most common question we get, and we wonder what would an average Joe do, if he can&#8217;t get the support department(s) of a major company to notice his issues&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>What are you trying to achieve?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Two things &#8211; to have Microsoft release the account suspension and to have them take a good look at their support systems.<br \/>\nDuring this endless saga we have discovered that we have access to tickets that are not ours, and that our own tickets are getting closed automatically, without any manual review.<br \/>\nClearly there are some technical issues\u00a0that Microsoft needs to fix in order to benefit all of its users, not only us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who are you?
