{"id":41,"date":"2017-03-25T17:31:08","date_gmt":"2017-03-25T14:31:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mshelpme.com\/?p=41"},"modified":"2017-04-02T04:21:29","modified_gmt":"2017-04-02T01:21:29","slug":"things-getting-weird","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mshelpme.com\/index.php\/2017\/03\/25\/things-getting-weird\/","title":{"rendered":"Things Getting Weird"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Surprise surprise, it&#8217;s been close to 24 hours again, and no communication from Microsoft on the support tickets submitted.<\/p>\n<p>I decide to try and look the ticket status online, since this time everything was submitted through Tzahi&#8217;s account, and thankfully his account is not yet &#8220;temporarily suspended&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Out of all the support tickets submitted using Tzahi&#8217;s account (supposedly 3 in total), only one shows up in the ticket tracking system.<\/p>\n<p>The status on that ticket? CLOSED<\/p>\n<p>The communication on it?
